Nuts for Mutts is presented by New Leash On Life, a non-profit animal rescue organization dedicated to humane education, rescuing and placing homeless pets, and providing therapy dogs for people in need.

Nuts for Mutts 2008 - A great success!

Thank you to everyone who came out to our 7th Annual Nuts for Mutts Dog Show and Pet Fair on June 1st! Your support of New Leash On Life Animal Rescue and our mission to save the lives of homeless animals is truly appreciated.
We’re happy to report that over 400 dogs competed in over 30 categories such as Best Kisser, Most Obedient, Fastest Mutt, Mystery Mutt and more. The winners of Best in Show were:
1st place - Ken Rogers & Kandu (Best Kisser)
2nd place - Catherine Hagerty & Bailey (Most Obedient)
3rd place - Troy Kersetter & Maty (Best Dressed, Fastest Eater)
